Planner/Planning Engineer - Civil Abdulrahman Al Rabiah Engineering Consultants Office

We are looking for Planner/Planning Engineer with 13 years+ experience and can read/write/speak Arabic.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) to track progress and identify potential delays, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Conduct thorough critical path analysis to pinpoint critical activities and resource constraints, facilitating proactive mitigation strategies to keep projects on schedule.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports, including schedule updates, variance analysis, and forecasts, to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and potential risks.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather accurate data, assess progress, and incorporate changes into the schedule, ensuring seamless integration.
• Analyze project costs and resource allocation, identifying potential cost overruns and proposing corrective actions to maintain budgetary control and optimize resource utilization.
• Manage and control project scope changes by evaluating their impact on the schedule, budget, and resources, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes.
• Prepare and submit progress claims and invoices, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with contractual requirements, facilitating timely payments.
• Participate in project meetings, providing scheduling expertise and contributing to problem-solving discussions, supporting effective project communication and collaboration.
• Monitor site activities and compare them against the planned schedule, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions to ensure alignment with the project plan.
• Develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules, considering labor, equipment, and material requirements, optimizing resource allocation and improving project efficiency.
