Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.

Prepare baseline schedules, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans.

Monitor project progress and update schedules based on actual site progress.

Analyze schedule impacts, delays, and risks, and propose mitigation measures.

Prepare planning reports, progress dashboards, and schedule narratives.

Coordinate with design, construction, and BIM teams to ensure alignment between schedule and execution.

Support planning activities for residential, marine, and infrastructure projects.

Assist in claims, extensions of time (EOT), and delay analysis when required.

Integrate planning data with 4D scheduling when applicable.

Support the preparation of project phasing and sequencing strategies.

Ensure schedules comply with contractual requirements and client standards.

Maintain accurate records of schedules, updates, and reports.

Collaborate with project managers and engineers to support decision-making
