Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, monitor, and update project schedules and timelines to ensure timely delivery.
Manage all contract administration, including client, subcontractor, and supplier agreements.
Oversee commercial aspects of projects, including budgeting, cost control, and forecasting.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare commercial reports, project updates, and financial analysis for management.
Negotiate contracts, variations, and claims with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Support dispute resolution and claims management.
Maintain accurate records of contracts, variations, claims, and project correspondence.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in planning, contracts, and commercial management in construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).
Solid understanding of contracts, commercial principles, claims, and risk management.
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze complex project data and provide actionable recommendations.
