Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Under general supervision, the successful candidate will

  • leverages various data sources including project's approved business case, baselines, management plans, Open Wells reports, financials, and resources consumption/utilization.
  • Meticulously measures, analyzes, and interprets variances and trends across key project control areas (scope, schedule, cost, and risk) to showcase operational and financial performance.
  • Collaborates with project team and stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans that address issues' root cause(s) and maximize cost savings and PSL pull-throughs.
  • Provides insightful analysis that support project manager and senior leadership in decision-making and development of strategies aimed to improve operational efficiency, mitigate risks, and maximize profitability in addition to shaping long-term and future bid's strategies. .

Desired Candidate Profile

Requires expertise on well engineering with operational focus on offering financial, contractual and project-based guidance. Requires an undergraduate STEM degree with 6+ years' experience (Operations and Engineering). Exposure to multi-discipline operations is preferred
