Planning & Coordination Engineer

Jasara PMC is seeking a proactive and organized Planning & Coordination Engineer specializing in Sports Facilities to join our team on an Expression of Interest (EOI) basis. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the execution of sports facility projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and quality standards. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

We are partnering with a reputable institution to deliver high profile sports and recreational facilities in Riyadh. This initiative will create a state of the art, refurbished and upgraded complex designed to provide high quality accommodation and amenities for sport and leisure aligned with the project s primary objectives. The project team will apply proven project management and construction supervision expertise to ensure on time delivery, strict cost control, and adherence to the highest quality and safety standards. We seek an exceptional, collaborative team committed to excellence and ready to contribute the skills and dedication required to deliver this scheme successfully.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10 years of proven experience in planning and coordination of sports facilities or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling and coordination tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with construction processes specific to sports facilities is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced and multidisciplinary environment.
