Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Planning & Cost Control Engineer to join our construction team and support the successful delivery of building projects in Ghana.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules and work programs
  • Monitor project progress and prepare periodic progress reports
  • Track project costs and assist with budget control
  • Analyze schedule and cost variances and recommend corrective actions
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely project execution
  • Prepare planning, forecasting, and performance reports for management

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in planning and cost control for construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 and/or MS Project)
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Good English communication skills
  • Willingness to relocate/work in Ghana

The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing project schedules and costs effectively.
