. Project Planning

• Develop detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6.

• Prepare baseline schedules based on project scope, milestones, and contractual requirements.

• Break down project scope into Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for schedule inputs.

2. Scheduling & Monitoring

• Monitor project progress against the approved schedule.

• Update project schedules periodically and highlight delays or deviations.

• Conduct critical path analysis and recommend corrective actions.

• Track resource utilization and manpower deployment.

3. Cost Control & Budgeting

• Prepare project budgets and cost estimates.

• Monitor actual costs vs budgeted costs.

• Prepare cost reports, cost forecasts, and variance analysis.

• Support project management in cost optimization initiatives.

4. Progress Reporting

• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.

• Monitor physical progress vs planned progress.

• Provide dashboards for project performance, productivity, and cost status.

• Support preparation of client progress reports and management MIS reports.

5. Coordination

• Coordinate with site engineers, procurement teams, subcontractors, and project managers.

• Ensure proper integration of engineering, procurement, and construction schedules.

• Support contract management in claims, variations, and delay analysis.

6. Risk & Delay Analysis

• Identify potential schedule risks and bottlenecks.

• Conduct delay analysis and recovery planning.
