Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project Develop baseline programs, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules Monitor project progress, delays, and critical paths Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and QS teams Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports Track manpower, materials, and equipment planning Support EOT claims and delay analysis Ensure planning aligns with construction and fit-out timelines Requirements (Mandatory & Preferred)

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Construction project experience – Mandatory Interior fit-out experience – Advantage 5–10 years relevant experience in UAE preferred Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel Good knowledge of construction sequencing & site coordination Strong reporting and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Apply Now Candidates with construction planning experience are encouraged to apply.
