Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are hiring two Planning Engineers for our interior fit-out projects: one specialized in Joinery Planning and one specialized in Décor Planning. Although the responsibilities are related, these are two distinct positions, each focusing on different scopes of work.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using software like MS Project or Primavera P6, specifically tailored for decor and joinery scopes, ensuring all activities are logically sequenced.
Analyze project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to accurately determine the scope of work and resource requirements for decor and joinery elements, considering material lead times.
Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule, proactively identifying and mitigating potential delays in decor and joinery installations, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Prepare and submit progress reports, including earned value analysis, for decor and joinery packages, highlighting variances and proposing corrective actions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; a focus on interior design or architecture is a plus.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the construction industry, with a strong emphasis on decor and joinery projects.
Proven proficiency in using scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera P6, with demonstrated experience in creating and managing schedules for complex projects.
In-depth knowledge of decor and joinery materials, installation techniques, and industry standards.
