Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating detailed project schedules, allocating resources, managing budgets, and monitoring progress to ensure timely and high-quality interior construction. Key duties include tracking physical progress, resolving issues, coordinating with stakeholders and subcontractors, and preparing progress reports and forecasts to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
• Developing comprehensive project plans, detailed work schedules, and look-ahead schedules to guide construction teams.
• Planning and controlling the allocation of resources, including materials, manpower, and equipment, considering cost and time constraints.
• Managing project costs, preparing cash flows, and forecasting expenditures to ensure compliance with the budget.
• Tracking the physical progress of the project against the plan, conducting weekly progress meetings, and preparing detailed reports, dashboards, and forecasts.
• Identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential risks and issues that could cause delays or cost overruns.
• Collaborating with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and the on-site workforce to ensure smooth project execution and address technical queries.
• Implementing quality control measures and ensuring that all fit-out and finishing work meets high standards and project specifications.
• Maintaining site records and preparing documentation for authority approvals and project close-out.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Academic Qualifications: BE in Civil Engineering
• Experience : Minimum 5 to 7 years in Projects related to Fit out and Finishing works of High-rise building, hotel Apartments, Luxurious and Grand luxurious villas.
