Position Overview
This position supports the scheduling and planning requirements for a major cycle track and utilities project in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures accurate time control, coordination across multiple work packages, and adherence to project deadlines using industry-standard planning tools.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and approve contractors baseline schedules in line with contract requirements and Parsons planning practices
* Validate project resources to ensure timely delivery across all work fronts
* Develop and maintain a Master Schedule integrating multiple interdependent packages
* Analyze updated/progress schedules to identify delays, risks, and required corrective actions
* Conduct What-if assessments for variations, design changes, and potential risks
* Prepare detailed progress reports, monthly program updates, and schedule presentations
* Perform delay analysis including EOT and disruption claims using methods such as TIA and window analysis
* Coordinate directly with contractors, consultants, and the Client to resolve planning and scheduling issues
* Attend technical, coordination, and progress meetings and prepare concise minutes
* Maintain trackers and logs for critical project issues during design and construction
* Establish PMS indicators with consultants and contractors and monitor compliance
* Issue delay notices and documentation where contractor performance is behind schedule
* Maintain accurate records of all schedule-related data and contemporaneous documentation

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
* Minimum 8 years planning experience in roads, utilities, landscape, and infrastructure projects
* Strong knowledge of claims analysis, delay methodologies, and schedule risk assessments
* Proficiency in Primavera P6
* UAE Equivalency Certificate is required
* Strong awareness of infrastructure interfaces and coordination requirements
