Roles & Responsibilities

Development of Baseline programs, Tender programs, recovery programs, revised programs and mitigation Programs.
Detailed resource-loaded project schedule preparation & progress tracking in PRIMAVERA.
Update & monitor the schedule weekly using PRIMAVERA.
Coordination of time and cost planning, including the development of project schedules, budgets, and cash flow diagrams using PRIMAVERA P6
Update planned percentage v/s Actual percentage and planned manpower v/s actual manpower in histogram using MS-Excel
Accountable for coordination and follow-up with client & project team and prioritize construction activities
Calculate optimal material requirement, manpower requirement and machinery requirement.
Preparing Equipment & Manpower's Histogram and Cash Flow & Major Activities Histogram
Assisted in the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims by analyzing project delays, identifying critical path impacts, and compiling supporting documentation to ensure accurate and justifiable submissions Prepared and presented comprehensive weekly progress reports using Power BI, providing stakeholders with dynamic visual insights into key achievements, milestones, and potential challenges to ensure proactive management
Prepare Recovery Schedules catch-up plans
Tracking actual work progress against plan using S Curves; identifying early problems using Path Analysis; reporting on schedule slippage Attend site weekly progress meeting and taking notes of meeting (MOM) Earned Value Management (EVM): Collect and analyze data for EVM calculations, including actual costs, planned costs, and earned value.
Calculate metrics such as Cost Performance Index (CPI) and Schedule Performance Index (SPI) to evaluate project performance and forecast outcomes.
