Bachelor degree in any technical engineering with 5-8 years’ experience in Project Management in Commercial, Industrial and Hospital building construction projects. Minimum 5 years worked in Saudi Arabia. Duties & responsibilities include but not limited to the following;

· Reviews project package, plans and organizes the required schedule information from all disciplines to develop the Master Project Schedule and Primavera P6 levels 3 or 4, as appropriate.

· Plans and organizes schedule resource loading and levelling, resources histograms and S-Curves for the Construction Schedule, and update & present for weekly management meeting.

· Prepares the project status report, including Project Tracking, Progress S-curves, Cost commitments and Look-Ahead plans for management meeting on weekly basis.

· Prepares the Progress Analysis and Productivity Reports; Develops the Recovery Plan, as appropriate; Revise the schedules in accordance with any significant changes in scope.

· Performs and monitors cost control tasks, including verifying and checking of all costs element wise to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded, and kept within the project budget; Monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of client billing processes; Variation reporting, etc.

· Coordinates and works with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work as per scheduled baseline and obtaining client's approval of completed work volumes for invoicing.

· Attends progress meetings and discussions with the project management team and clients counterparts on regular basis.

· Performs quantity take off and estimation works for all incoming enquiries, including conducting site survey & inspection.
