Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Missions
Planning : Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (GANTT, PERT charts).
Monitoring and Control: Ensure the monitoring of project progress and identify deviations from the initial schedule.
Risk analysis: Analyze the risks of delays and propose solutions to optimize delivery times.
Coordination : Coordinate with the different teams (technical, logistical, commercial) to ensure the proper execution of the schedule.
Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports for management and clients.
Profile
Education: Average grade at BAC +16/20 and State Engineering degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Industrial Engineering or equivalent field.
Professional experience:   Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a project planning role, preferably in the construction, energy or infrastructure sector.
Technical skills (Knowledge):

Proficiency in project planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
Solid knowledge in project management (methodologies, planning techniques).
Ability to create and interpret Gantt charts.
Knowledge of contract law and public procurement is an asset.
Personal qualities (Interpersonal skills):

Rigour, organisational skills and analytical mind.
Autonomy and the ability to anticipate and solve complex problems.
Team spirit and good communication
