Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 7 10 years' experience in project planning for civil construction projects, infrastructure, or heavy civils; experience on large-scale projects is preferred.

• Proven experience preparing and maintaining CPM schedules, delay analysis, and recovery plans.

• Knowledge of construction methods for earthworks, structural works, foundations, drainage, utilities, and temporary works.

• Familiarity with contract scheduling requirements, milestone management, and claims avoidance practices.

Technical Skills

• Proficient with Primavera P6 (preferred) or MS Project; strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

• Experienced with schedule risk analysis, Earned Value Management (EVM), and time-cost integration techniques.

• Ability to read construction drawings, BOQs, and method statements to derive activity logic and durations.

• Familiar with BIM workflows and coordination between planning and design teams is advantageous.
