Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for construction projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.

  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to gather input and update schedules as required.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports, including critical path analysis and resource allocation updates.
  • Analyze project data to forecast resource requirements and optimize project delivery.
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and monitor expenditures against planned schedules.
  • Support risk management activities by identifying scheduling risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client requirements in all planning activities.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on project timelines.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide expert advice on scheduling and planning best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Engineering.

  • Preference will be given to qualified female candidates.
  • 2 years of experience in planning/scheduling.
  • Good knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Basic understanding of cost and resource planning.
  • Ability to read drawings and project documents.
  • Good communication and MS Office skills.
