Roles & Responsibilities

  • Job Summary:
    As a Junior Planning Engineer,you will assist in developing,monitoring,and updating project schedules to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • You will support the senior planning team by preparing reports,tracking progress,identifying delays,and coordinating with site and technical teams to maintain accurate project timelines and reporting.


  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing project milestone dates and execution plans Primary Schedule in alignment with management and project teams.
  • Support in developing and updating detailed time schedule baselines and presenting them to management and clients.
  • Collect and analyze project time data to prepare daily,weekly,and monthly progress reports.
  • Follow up on shop drawings,procurement,and construction progress to ensure alignment with planned schedules.
  • Monitor risks and issues affecting schedules and report them to the planning manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
  • 3 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
  • Good knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Office.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles (PRMG PMP PSP is a plus).
  • Good analytical,communication,and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
