Roles & Responsibilities

about the Job
We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer (Civil) to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring civil works progress, and coordinating with site teams to ensure timely project delivery.


what you will do?

Develop the base line detailed for project for all work

Develop man power histogram , plan s curves & report

Project analysis & project states presentation

Experience in preparation of extention of time

Develop detailed project schedules, work plans, and timelines using project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to gather project requirements and timelines.

Monitor project progress and identify any potential delays or issues that may impact the schedule.

Analyze project data to forecast completion dates and resource requirements.

Participate in project meetings and provide updates on scheduling and planning activities.


what you will need?

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Senior Planning Engineer with experience in building and high rise costruction preferable who has goverment project and UPDA.

4–6 years of experience as a Planning Engineer specifically in civil construction projects (buildings, infrastructure, or structural works).

Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Good understanding of construction sequencing, site workflows, and QCS standards.

Experience preparing civil-focused S-curves, schedules, progress reports, and delay analysis.
