Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, monitor, and update project schedules (baseline & revised).
Prepare 2-week and 4-week look-ahead schedules.
Conduct delay analysis and recommend recovery plans.
Prepare EOT (Extension of Time) claims and cause & effect analysis. Resource loading, cost control, and earned value analysis.
Coordinate with Contracts, QS, Procurement, Estimation, Subcontractors, and Site teams. Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, S-curves, manpower reports, and updated programs.
Utilize Primavera / MS Project for planning and monitoring.
Establish WBS and project control procedures.
Monitor contractor performance against approved baseline schedules.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
10+ years MEP experience (high-rise projects) in Qatar/GCC. Strong experience in project controls and planning.
Proficiency in Primavera or MS Project. Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic preferred).
Must be locally available in Qatar with valid QID.
UPDA certification mandatory if QID profession is “Engineer”.
Civil background candidates will not be considered.
