Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead turnaround planning team and liaise daily with Qatar Energy.

Develop and maintain turnaround schedules and work programs.

Prepare progress reports, histograms, manpower curves, and S-curves.

Monitor schedule, progress, delays, manpower, equipment, and durations.

Analyse project performance and highlight deviations or risks.

Maintain planning records and provide required data to Qatar Energy.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree (BSc / BE) in Engineering with a minimum of 14 years of experience in refinery/petrochemical projects

Strong hands-on experience in Primavera P6 & Microsoft Project (latest versions)

Proficient in planning reports, dashboards, and progress tracking tools.

Strong command of English (spoken & written).
