Role & responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain detailed project schedules for substation projects (132kV / 220kV / 400kV).
• Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, and revised schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Monitor project progress and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for client and management.
• Conduct delay analysis, risk assessment, and propose mitigation plans.
• Ensure planning compliance with **Dubai Electricity and Water Authority standards, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Track procurement schedules, long-lead items, and construction milestones.
• Support claims, extensions of time (EOT), and variations with proper planning documentation.
• Attend project meetings with DEWA, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
