Planning Engineer

You will play a pivotal role in driving project success by ensuring strategic planning, accurate forecasting, and effective resource allocation delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Develop baseline programs in line with contract requirements
• Define project milestones, critical paths, and activity sequences
• Prepare resource-loaded schedules (manpower, materials, equipment)
• Update project progress on weekly and monthly basis
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Generate S-curves, histograms, and productivity reports
• Present schedule updates to management and clients
• Coordinate with cost control team for earned value analysis (EVA)
• Work closely with Project Manager and Site Engineers
• Coordinate with procurement for material delivery schedules
• Ensure alignment between design, procurement, and construction timelines
