Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Adhere to company policies, code of conduct, conflict of interest, standards, rules and regulations at all times.
  • Always prioritize keeping employee information and sensitive data confidential
  • Accurate and On Time submissions of the tasks assigned by Head of planning
  • Maintain supportive documentation to substantiate the progress/logics & other planning information considered while preparing the programme
  • Ensure ISO-aligned documentation and methodology in planning workflows.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions for enhanced project efficiency
  • Be supportive to the project team
  • Ensure full compliance with the instruction/directions of Head of Planning
  • Mentor, support, supervise Junior/Planning engineers under her/him.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Holds bachelor degree in Civil/Architecture
  2. Experience: 7-10 years in UAE industry, out of which 3-5 years exclusively in interior fitout projects.
  3. Possess advanced knowledge in Primavera software (Hands-on)
  4. Deep knowledge of Fitout & MEP sequencing and commercial integration.
  5. Possess good knowledge of delay analysis and preparation of delay notices
  6. Possess good knowledge productivity rates
  7. Successfully handled consultant/client planners
