Job Summary

We are seeking a competent Planning Engineer with mid-level experience to develop, monitor, and update project schedules for our ongoing villa and building projects. This role supports project managers in ensuring timely delivery, resource optimization, and proactive delay management in a fast-paced UAE construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop baseline schedules, Level 3–4 programs, and detailed work plans using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Monitor daily/weekly progress, update schedules with actuals, track variances, and prepare recovery plans when delays occur.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, S-curves, histograms, and lookahead schedules for management and client review.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, procurement, and stakeholders to gather inputs and resolve planning conflicts.
• Identify risks, critical paths, and potential delays; recommend mitigation measures and time extension claims support.
• Assist in resource loading, leveling, and forecasting (manpower, equipment, materials) to align with project timelines and budget.
• Ensure schedules comply with contract requirements, UAE building regulations, and project specifications.
• Support project close-out, as-built schedules, and handover documentation.
