Job Summary

KILONEWTONS is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer with 5+ years of experience to manage project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion. The ideal candidate will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to optimize resources and maintain project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
Monitor and report project progress and milestones
Coordinate with project teams to identify delays and risks
Perform resource planning and allocation for projects
Prepare progress reports, charts, and dashboards
Conduct schedule analysis and recommend corrective actions
Support project managers in planning and decision-making
Ensure compliance with project timelines and contract requirements
Assist in cost control and forecasting related to schedule delays
Implement best practices in planning and scheduling

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 5 YEARS of experience as a Planning Engineer
Bachelor s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Project Management
Experience in UAE-based construction or industrial projects preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and reporting abilities
