What You ll Do

* Review and validate contractors baseline schedules in accordance with contract terms and Parsons best practices
* Develop and manage master schedules integrating multiple project packages and interdependencies
* Identify risks, conflicts, and delays; document them in the project risk register and recommend mitigation measures
* Perform What if analysis for time impact assessments of changes and variations
* Prepare detailed monthly progress reports and presentations highlighting milestones, risks, and recovery plans
* Assess contractor claims including Extension of Time and Disruption using delay analysis methods
* Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to finalize programs, schedules, and claims
* Conduct coordination meetings and prepare concise minutes to track critical issues
* Establish progress measurement systems and performance indicators for effective monitoring
* Issue delay notices and performance letters to contractors when required
* Lead and mentor junior planning engineers in project controls and scheduling practices

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from a recognized university
* Minimum 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling on large-scale infrastructure projects
* Expertise in Primavera P6 and project risk management techniques
* Strong background in highways, bridges, interchanges, and utilities projects
* Familiarity with RTA requirements and procedures is an advantage
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interface across multidisciplinary teams
* Prior experience with claims management and delay analysis preferred
