Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using software tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deadlines.
  • Conduct resource allocation analysis to optimize productivity and minimize delays, adjusting schedules as necessary based on ongoing project developments.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
  • Prepare detailed progress reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and potential bottlenecks.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is essential.
  • 5+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction or engineering sectors is preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools is a must.
  • Certification as a Planning Engineer (e.g., PMI-SP or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
