Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for new home building, renovation, and commercial construction projects.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to gather input and update project timelines.
Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.
Prepare and present regular progress reports, including critical path analysis and resource allocation updates.
Assist in the preparation of project budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
Support the implementation of project management software and tools to enhance planning efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client requirements throughout the planning process.
Participate in project meetings, providing expert advice on scheduling and planning best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in planning or scheduling within the construction industry.
Proficiency in project management and scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Commitment to upholding safety and quality standards on all projects.
