Planning Engineer

L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering

Develop and manage the integrated Project Master Schedule using Primavera P6 or equivalent tools.

Lead and coordinate baseline schedule preparation, resource and cost loading, and schedule risk analysis.

Perform progress tracking, forecast updates, variance analysis, and critical path assessments.

Lead weekly and monthly schedule reviews with internal stakeholders and clients.

Collaborate with project teams (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning) to ensure alignment with timelines.

Prepare project performance reports, dashboards, and visualizations (S-curves, histograms, etc.).

Conduct delay impact assessments, and support claims and extension of time (EOT) justifications.

Maintain schedule integrity, document assumptions, constraints, and maintain full change logs.

Interface with project controls, cost engineers, and contracts team for integrated project tracking.
