Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using software tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deadlines.
  • Conduct resource allocation analysis to optimize productivity and minimize delays, adjusting schedules as necessary based on ongoing project developments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • BE/BTech in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
  • 5–10 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and controls, preferably in large industrial or material handling projects like CHP, power plants, or steel plants
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project for project scheduling and analysis
  • Knowledge of EPC project lifecycle, construction methodologies, and interdependencies
  • Experience in preparing progress reports, delay analysis, and resource planning
  • Familiarity with project costing, budgeting, and earned value management (EVM) is a plus
