Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (MSP), Power BI.
  • Monitor and update project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and project milestones.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure accurate scheduling.
  • Analyze project schedules and provide detailed reporting to senior management.
  • Evaluate project risks and provide mitigation strategies in coordination with the project management team.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all planning and scheduling activities align with project objectives and contractual requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost forecasts.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidates having Power BI experience are mostly preferable.
