Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Planning engineer will be based in Riyadh, KSA at one of our Mega Projects.
The role requires:
- Demonstrated experience and capability in planning and scheduling within the construction and engineering environment
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the execution of civil, infrastructure, structural or urban planning works and has project control / business management experience on mega projects
- Preparing all levels of project schedules, monitoring project progress, and ensuring project milestones are met
- Reviews and closely monitoring project schedule and cost to ensure schedule and budget objectives are met
- Presenting project schedule to management and preparing recovery plans in case of schedule slippage
Must have thorough knowledge of project control/business practices, calculation methods/software, standards, and procedures
Desired Candidate Profile
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a planning/scheduling role preferably in the GCC region. Experience in Microsoft Office, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project applications and a Bachelor Degree in Engineering is essential.
