Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for large-scale civil construction projects. Perform critical path analysis, baseline preparation, and recovery scheduling. Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify delays or deviations. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, variance analysis, and forecasts. Coordinate closely with Civil, QA/QC, Procurement, and Site teams to ensure timely project execution. Support project management team in achieving construction milestones for high-rise and infrastructure projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory). 10 to 16 years of total experience as a Planning Engineer in civil construction projects. Must have GCC experience in high-rise buildings or infrastructure projects. Strong hands-on experience in Primavera P6 scheduling software. Excellent understanding of construction sequencing, methodologies, and reporting. Good communication skills in English. Only Indian candidates are eligible for this position.
