Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Skills :
Project & resource planning
Documentation & cross-functional coordination
Primavera P6 (required) & MS Project; MS Excel (advanced)
EOT claims preparation & delay analysis
Risk analysis & scheduling
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking
Responsibilities :
Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement to capture progress data.
Prepare and maintain baseline programs, S-curves, manpower histograms, and resource plans.
Perform critical path and schedule risk analysis; flag delays and recovery options.
Produce DPR, WPR, MPR and client/management progress reports.
Assist in EOT claims and delay analysis (prospective/retrospective).
Support project meetings with planning inputs to ensure on-time delivery.
Ensure alignment with contract requirements and internal procedures.
Maintain robust documentation of updates, revisions, and progress records.
Requirements :
6+ years relevant experience (min. 4 years GCC mandatory).
Bachelor s in Civil Engineering (required).
Oil & Gas experience required; ADNOC project background preferred.
Primavera P6 proficiency required; strong Excel skills.
Immediate joiners preferred; max 1-month notice accepted.
Age below 40.
