Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and manage Level 1–4 project schedules in Primavera P6 / MS Project (baseline, updates, critical path tracking)

Monitor project progress using EVA, prepare reports & dashboards (S-curves, KPIs), and identify delays early

Plan and allocate resources (manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors) and coordinate with site/procurement teams

Conduct delay analysis, mitigation planning, and support EOT/claims documentation

Prepare closeout documents, including as-builts, handover plans, and DLP schedules
