Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project schedules using tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent software.
Track project progress and update schedules regularly, identifying critical paths and potential delays.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align activities with the master schedule.
Prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and status updates for management and clients.
Analyze project risks related to schedule and propose mitigation strategies.
Assist in resource allocation planning, ensuring optimal manpower and equipment utilization.
Review project documentation, contracts, and drawings to support planning activities.
Conduct baseline schedule preparation, schedule updates, and forecasting.
Support project cost and performance monitoring through integration with planning data.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, milestones, and contractual obligations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management.
Experience: 2 5 years in project planning, scheduling, or project controls.
