Responsibilities:

Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to gather project scope and timelines.
Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
Identify potential delays and develop mitigation strategies.
Analyze project timelines and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to project deadlines and quality standards.
Assist in the preparation of project bids and proposals related to planning.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
4 5 years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent scheduling software.
Strong understanding of civil construction processes and project management principles.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Prior experience working on large-scale civil projects preferred.
