Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer with hands-on expertise in Primavera (P6) and strong experience in the aluminum and glass industry. You will be responsible for developing project schedules, coordinating resources, tracking progress, and supporting project execution to ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera software (P6)
Plan project phases, allocate resources, and monitor progress
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site execution teams
Track project performance, identify delays, and propose recovery plans
Prepare reports, dashboards, and timeline updates for management
Ensure planning processes follow company guidelines and project requirements
Support risk assessments and mitigation plans to ensure project success
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in aluminum and glass industry (mandatory)
Advanced expertise in Primavera (P6)
Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
