Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using software like Primavera P6, considering MEP specific activities and dependencies, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Analyze project progress against the baseline schedule, identifying potential delays and proactively proposing mitigation strategies for MEP systems.
- Collaborate with MEP engineers and contractors to gather necessary data for schedule updates, ensuring accuracy and reflecting real-world progress.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones achieved, upcoming activities, and potential risks related to MEP.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, providing a strong technical foundation.
- Holds relevant certifications such as PMP or planning-specific certifications (e.g., PMI-SP), demonstrating project management expertise.
- Demonstrates 5+ years of experience in construction planning, specifically focused on MEP systems within the building industry.
- Has a proven track record of successfully planning and scheduling MEP projects of varying complexities and sizes.
