Collects hourly estimates evaluated by specialties during the preparation of offers.

• Establishes the general intervention schedule for the different specialties (to be attached to the offers).
• Participates in coordination meetings.
• Ensures monitoring of schedules during implementation and draws the attention of Department and/or Project Managers when deviations are observed.
• Proposes corrective measures to the Heads of Departments and/or Projects to achieve the objectives.
• Prepared a weekly report on the progress of studies for projects currently being executed.
• Establishes study schedules for each specialty, taking into account all projects undertaken by each department.
• Notify the Project Manager when billing is triggered based on the progress of the studies.
• Establishes and updates the general schedule containing all ongoing projects to determine peak resource needs.
• Archiving of all project schedules.
