Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead full Project Services function including estimating, scheduling, benchmarking, cost control, forecasting, and risk management

  • Perform Cost & Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) to support contingency setting

  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly project control reports and dashboards

  • Review and approve contractor schedules and cost estimates

  • Manage project change control and contract variation orders

  • Interface with Finance on cash flow forecasting and cost reporting

  • Manage multidisciplinary project interfaces across contractors and locations

  • Develop and maintain project control procedures and reporting systems

  • Lead planning assurance and compliance activities

  • Support project closeout reporting and benchmarking

  • Demonstrate strong HSE leadership

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Planning / Project Controls

  • At least 5 years’ experience in KSA (preferred)

  • PMP certification from Project Management Institute or accreditation from Association for Project Management (prefered )

  • Proven experience in high-value industrial or capital construction projects

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills


Technical Skills Required

  • Advanced expertise in Oracle Primavera P6 (Essential)

  • Mastery of cost estimation, scheduling, and cost control

  • Experience across FEED, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning & startup

  • Expert in Critical Path Method (CPM), forecasting, and recovery planning

  • Sound experience in Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)

  • Experience in benchmarking and performance measurement systems
