Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using software like Primavera P6, ensuring accuracy and reflecting project scope and execution strategy.
  • Analyze schedule progress, identify critical path activities, and proactively assess potential delays, proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with project teams (engineering, procurement, construction) to gather, validate, and integrate progress updates and resource allocations into the schedule.
  • Prepare and present schedule reports, dashboards, and forecasts to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and potential risks.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably within the construction or infrastructure industries.

  • Proficiency in using scheduling software such as Primavera P6 (required), and Microsoft Project (preferred).

  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope management, cost control, and risk management.
