Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for

  • Developing, Inetgrating and managing Different project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are completed on time .
  • Conduct thorough review and assessment of contractor's schedule submissions, including baseline and monthly updates

  • Analyze progress curves, histograms, and other visual representations to identify trends and potential issues.

  • Provide early warnings to subsystems and identify critical path activities.

  • Collaborate with various teams to optimize project performance. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as expertise in project management software (Primavera) and Rail way projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil,Construction Management, or a related field).

  • 10-12 years of progressive experience in project planning and controls within the railway.
  • Proven experience as a Lead Planning Engineer on major railway/transport mobility projects is highly preferred.
  • Expert proficiency in project management software, particularly strong>Primavera P6/strong>.
  • Strong knowledge of planning methodologies (e.g., Critical Path Method, Earned Value Management).
  • Familiarity with railway specific engineering, operations, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Fluent in English (Writing, Speaking and reading).
