Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements :
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications: Project management or planning certifications (e.g., PMI-SP, PSP) are an advantage.
3-5 years of experience in project planning within the steel industry, construction, or heavy manufacturing.
Proven experience with project scheduling software like Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar.
Strong understanding of steel fabrication, manufacturing processes, and construction methodologies.
Knowledge of project management principles, critical path analysis, and resource leveling.
Familiarity with industry standards and codes related to steel structures (e.g., AISC, ASME).
Skills:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)./span>
