Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion.

  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather data and support planning activities.

  • Analyze project requirements and constraints to create efficient and achievable project plans.

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and update schedules accordingly.

  • Prepare progress reports, performance summaries, and presentations for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 6+ years in project planning and scheduling.

  • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Civil Engineering (Regular).

  • Software Expertise: Proficient in Primavera P6 for project planning and scheduling.

  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project management principles.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

  • Middle East experience is preferred.

    Mandatory Skill:

  • Project experience in Transmission Line / Substation projects above 220 kV.
