Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparation, updating and tracking of Baseline schedule, 3 months look ahead schedule, delay impact program, monthly schedule, material procurement program, master list of material and internal schedule.
• Responsible for defining and preparing the updates of site organizational structure.
• Responsible for estimation and preparation of recovery program to catch up with the delays and evaluate allocation of resources and provide a recommendation to maintain required progress and ensures it in adherence with company set policies.
• Responsible for developing and implementing plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves). Reports and analyses deviations from plan.
• Tracking, Updating and preparation of master budget, revised budget, yearly business plan, monthly business plan, monthly projection, supervisor monthly projection, project cash flow.
• Responsible for requisition of resources manpower, plant, material and analyses the gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern which required action of the associate task member.
• Perform probabilistic analysis of completion dates and potential alternatives.Present risk based analysis of most likely completion and expected deviation range.
• Responsible for preparation of daily progress report, unit cost report, monthly progress report, turnaround document and preparation estimation and schedule bar chart plan considering all in puts (manpower, equipment and materials) availability, production and construction sequences.
• Maintaining Project risk register and updating it on regular basis and maintaining scheduled backups for all users. Supporting and maintaining IT services for the projects including requirements for consultants in coordination with head office IT administration.
