Develop and implement comprehensive production and operational plans to ensure timely delivery of products and optimal resource utilization.

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing demands and priorities.

Coordinate closely with procurement, production, logistics, and sales teams to align planning activities and resolve bottlenecks.

Track progress of ongoing projects and orders, providing regular follow-up and status reports to senior management.

Analyze production data and workflow processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Lead and mentor the planning and follow-up team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure planning effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations throughout all planning activities.

Prepare and present detailed reports, forecasts, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Drive initiatives for process automation and digitalization within the planning and follow-up function.
