Key responsibilities

• Design and planning: Create site plans, conceptual designs, and detailed construction documents for both hardscape (paving, walls) and softscape (plants, trees) elements.
• Collaboration: Work with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, civil engineers, and contractors, to ensure a cohesive project vision.
• Technical documentation: Prepare specifications, cost estimates, schedules, and bills of quantities (BOQ).
• Project management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure completion on time and within budget.
• Site supervision: Monitor contractor activities on-site to ensure work conforms to approved plans, specifications, and standards.
• Client relations: Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and present design proposals, incorporating feedback as needed.
• Regulatory compliance: Ensure all designs and projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and environmental standards.

• Technical: Proficiency in CAD and other design software, knowledge of horticulture, environmental science, irrigation systems, and construction methods.
• Analytical: Ability to conduct site assessments, analyze environmental reports, and solve technical and design problems.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for preparing reports, presenting proposals, and communicating with clients and team members.
• Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle budgets, schedules, and on-site activities.
