Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with EPC project phases and milestones.
- Conduct critical path analysis and proactively identify schedule risks and opportunities, proposing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Monitor project progress, track actual versus planned performance, and generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders, highlighting variances and potential impacts.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to integrate their activities into the overall project schedule, fostering seamless coordination.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Planning Professional (PSP) certification; demonstrating a commitment to industry best practices.
- Has a minimum of 8 years of experience in project planning within the EPC industry, with a focus on large-scale projects.
- Demonstrates expertise in Primavera P6, with proven experience in schedule development, maintenance, and analysis.
