Roles & Responsibilities

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Provide leadership for planning and scheduling, progress measurement, risk management, change management and reporting for the entire project

  • Provide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance to planning & risk staff, interface with clients, and attend regular meetings

  • Develop, implement, and maintain project controls processes, procedures, systems, and tools and monitor compliance

  • Provide guidance and direction for the resolution of planning and issues as they arise

  • Set-up Primavera Project Management System P6 for program management across the planning team with all stakeholders

  • Prepare the Integrated master program for the project

  • Establish/deliver formal reporting arrangements on project progress for the client and project

  • Arrange project controls workshops/meetings to discuss and assist contractors/consultants to close their project control issues

  • Review & challenge any claims and EOT requests

  • Review consultants & contractors programs received and analyze them in line with the contractual requirements

  • Able to assess and analyze the impact(s) of design and construction changes and schedule slippages.

  • Coordinates execution of effective Project Risk Management across the project.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management from a recognized institution.

  • Minimum 15 years post-graduate experience in similar roles on infrastructure and Building projects.

  • Previous experience in Planning & Scheduling, Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis, and Extension of Time Claims

  • Thorough knowledge of industry best practices and regulations

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management from a recognized institution.

Minimum 15 years post-graduate experience in similar roles on infrastructure and Building projects.
